據紐約記者Stefan Bondy報導，紐約街頭出現了大量招募勇士前鋒Kevin Durant加盟尼克的招募廣告。

根據Bondy發布的照片顯示，這些招募廣告中出現了“#KDNY（Durant紐約）”、“我愛KD”、“尼克>勇士”等標語。球迷還可以寫信表達感想後將信投入信箱。據悉，這些招募廣告是由一家博彩網站出資設立的。

Durant可以選擇不執行他與勇士合約中最後一年的球員選項並成為一名完全自由球員。Durant此前遭遇右腳跟腱斷裂接受手術，預計將缺席下賽季全部比賽。
