火箭隊中鋒Alperen Sengun昨天在對上國王的比賽中，腳嚴重扭傷退場時還坐輪椅離場，今天他的MRI報告出爐，發現他的韌帶並沒有發生撕裂情形，沒有預期中想的那麼嚴重。

記者Wojnarowski在推文中表示，Sengun的傷勢集中在右小腿，右膝骨頭挫傷、右腳踝扭傷，而非預期想像可能有十字韌帶或髕骨等肌腱傷勢產生，火箭隊也預期會讓Sengun好好休息到賽季結束，不會讓他強行復出。
本賽季Sengun是年度進步獎的熱門人選，場均有21分、9籃板、5助攻。
Sengun hasn’t yet been ruled out for the season, but there’s significant healing that would need to occur before he could be cleared to play again with Rockets’ regular-season ending on April 14, sources said.
